CF63 flange heater 110 V

This is a 110 VAC Edwards intake flange heater for nEXT85D turbo pumps with CF 4.5 inch flange (DN 63 CF). This heater band may only be used on CF flanged pumps outfitted with either water cooling or forced air cooling. The intake flange may be baked up to 120 °C if the turbo pump is water cooled, 115 °C if the turbo pump is fan cooled. This flange heater (bakeout band) accelerates the degassing of the pump to enable it to achieve lower pressures. It may also be used to protect the pump from condensation of contaminants. The band heater has an attached power cable terminated with a C19 power entry plug (male C19). This Edwards intake bakeout flange heater band has part number 800137V0004.
