CF100 flange heater 200-240 V

This is a 240 VAC Edwards intake flange heater for the nEXT240D and nEXT300D turbo pumps with CF 6.0 inch flange (DN 100 CF). This heater band may only be used on CF flanged pumps outfitted with either water cooling or forced air cooling. The intake flange may be baked up to 120 °C if the turbo pump is water cooled, 115 °C if the turbo pump is fan cooled. This flange heater (bakeout band) accelerates the degassing of the pump to enable it to achieve lower pressures. It may also be used to protect the pump from condensation of contaminants.
